8 ounces of Brie
1 package puff pastry
1 Jar of Pope’s Strawberry Balsamic Sauce
Preheat oven to 400º. Thaw puff pastry according to directions, then cut into 1.5” squares. Place squares into a mini muffin or tartlet tray, pressing pastry dough lightly into each cup. Carefully pour 1/4 teaspoon of Pope’s Strawberry Balsamic sauce into the depression of each pastry piece and bake
for 6 minutes. Remove.
While pastry is baking cut Brie into small pieces, roughly a rounded 1/2 teaspoon in size and place into the pastry cups. Return
to the oven for 2 minutes, until melted.
Remove from oven and enjoy while warm
If desired, the first filling and baking can be done in advance and the pastry cups stored in an air-tight container until needed. The melting of the Brie should be done just before serving.
