Bloody Shrimp Diablo

BloodyMaryServes 4-6

  • 8 oz Pope’s Bloody Mary Mix
  • 16 oz Fresh pasta
  • 16 oz Raw shrimp, cleaned
  • 2 T vegetable oil
  • 1 T salt

Prepare pasta according to package directions. While the pasta is cooking, heat oil in a large sauté pan, when the oil shimmers add shrimp, after 1 minute, turn the shrimp over and add the Pope’s Bloody Mary Mix, cook for an additional 1 minute.

Add the pasta to the shrimp and Bloody Mary pan, allowing the pasta to absorb some of the sauce.

Plate and serve immediately.
